You're a Rainbow

Time Out's inspired by words this time is:
Watercolored and spattered a panel and, once dry, diecut it using a new set from Trinity Stamps. Then diecut a white panel with the same die. Also diecut raindrops from the same set on the negative cut which I attached to an A2 cardbase. Layered and offset the frames created from the die so the blue is shown under the white clouds. Colored a diecut sun and placed it behind the clouds. Made a vellum rainbow with Copics and glued it to the underside of the frame. Attached an embossed and colored a Catherine Pooler sentiment to the cardbase. Popped  up the frame with foam tape and applied it to the cardbase. Added glossy accents to the raindrops.

  2. Well, I have to say the sentiment describes you beautifully Coni! What a fabulous, wonderfully detailed scene ... I did wonder how you got the dreamy effect on the rainbow ... now I know ... copics and vellum ... it's brilliant! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Time Out! Hugs, Anita :)
