Here in Northern California, Spring is busting out all over...big time. Right now, I'm trying out a rain dance to keep us out of drought. That said, I decided to make a Spring-y birthday card for AAA Birthday and The Flower Challenges.
I used The Stamp Market's floral diecut and colored the centers/petals lightly with Copics. Colored a white panel with Copics in the same colors as the flower centers. Used an older Pretty Pink Posh ribbon/bow and STAMPlorations sentiment dies to cut it out. Also diecut the sentiment out 2 more times out of white cardstock and stacked them behind the colored sentiment. Assembled the ribbon, bow and sentiment over the diecut flowers. Used a Tim Holtz embossing folder on a green cardstock cardbase. Attached the floral/sentiment arrangement with foam tape, added some Nuvo Jewel drops and called this one done.
Just popping in to say how pretty this card is and it sure looks like Spring has sprung x.
ReplyDeleteI do not have the same Spring-like weather in Michigan, but your delightful creation sure puts a Spring in my step! So lovely, Coni!
