Friendly Spring Hello

I know it's only February but I'm thoroughly sick of Winter so when CAS Mix Up wanted a card made using a die as a stencil I grabbed my Pink Fresh "hello" die and did just that. Once cut, stenciled the "hello" in shades of green then masked the letters. Stamped Altenew flowers and leaves over the masks. Stamped/embossed the word "friend" once the card had dried. One layer and done. Linking this to The Flower Challenge, as well.

Sweet Wishes

Playing with candy hearts from an older Hero Arts kit for CASology and AAA Cards challenges. This was just a stamped rainbow of falling hearts, some 2nd generation, and a Kitchen Sink sentiment. Simple, fast and done.

Sending a Rose

Today I'm out the box playing with red & black for CAS Watercolor. Used a Pink Fresh die to cut white cardstock then watercolored the leaves with silver paint (hues of black/grey). Watercolored rose layers of an Altenew rose and attached it to the envelope. Silver embossed sentiment is also from Altenew, as well.

Itty Bitty Valentine

This challenge at Less is More, "Tiny & Few",  was a real brain burner for me. Fortunately, Clearly Besotted came to the rescue with this sweet tiny hamster image (hello, Darnell) which I Copic colored. Added a CZ Design itty bitty sentiment and dry embossed with an MFT half circle die, lightly colored. Winked the heart. Three elements equals a few in my book. Called it done!

Kisses & Cuddles

Is there anything more "Affectionate" than a soft, cuddly, fluffy bear? I don't think so and that's why I chose this adorable Penny Black image and sentiment for Time Out's current challenge. The background is foiled in 3 different colors, turquoise, rose gold & pale gold,  and the embossed sentiment and bear are rose gold powder. Even foiled the the tiny rose and flower on the bear's head. Used and Avery Elle cover die for the panel and mounted it on kraft wood embossed cardstock. Fini!

Shivering...

Frosty is the code word at Addicted to CAS and this poor arctic fox seems to fit the bill. Used all Essentials by Ellen, designed by the inimitable Julie Ebersole, products for my tiny scene. For fun and tickles, I ink blended an oval over my stamped and masked critter and iceberg. Light Copic coloring adds to the freezing effect as does the dotted snow. Done. Linking this with AAA Cards Game #157, as well.

Stenciled Florals

Playing with CAS Stencil today...with my brand new Picket Fence stencil and I'm so glad I did. Initially, didn't think it would come out this pretty but I'm amazed at the detail. Inked it up and stenciled an Altenew bloom  in the center circle...the sentiment is Altenew, as well.
